How does the signing up process work?

All booking is done through picktime.com which can be found on the Sign Up page. Start by choosing your subject or the subject that matches your needs as closely as possible. Then, you will be offered a choice of instructors. Please choose your instructor based on their availability, as well as who you think will be the best fit for your child. Finally, fill out the necessary information so that we can get in contact with you with zoom links, more information, etc. 

Booking can be done between 2 and 7 days before the session time. After you sign up, the instructor will reach out to you with a zoom link for the class. Please join the zoom link at the scheduled time.

What is the pricing for classes and tutoring?

All of our tutoring and classes are free! However, we do take donations that will be sent directly to Direct Relief. If you can donate, we encourage you to do so as it further helps out community during these difficult times. The recommended donation per session is $15. See our About page to donate now!

Can I reschedule or cancel lessons?

We accept cancellations that are more than 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the lesson is counted as a "no-show" if the student does not end up attending. However, you cannot reschedule lessons. This is because many of our instructors are extremely busy and cannot move around their schedule once it is set for the week.
